Refund policy
We want you to love your LunLora purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

With tags attached and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lunlora.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package
Returns should not be shipped back without contacting us first.
Approved returns will be directed to our return center in Limburg, Netherlands.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@lunlora.com.
We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

Custom-made or personalized items

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards
If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order after your return has been accepted and refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@lunlora.com.
